Appointments
If, for some reason, you cannot keep a scheduled appointment or will be delayed, please call as soon as possible. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment time may incur charges. Over head is costly and we appreciate your consideration.

Our office accepts a variety of different insurance carriers. Please call our office and our staff will help determine your dental benefit as estimated by your insurance carrier.
